Growth Rate: Good

Sun Tolerance: Morning sun tolerant.

Comments: Impressive semi-upright mound of frosty green to yellow foliage
with creamy yellow margins.  Large wavy leaves.  Focal point of any garden.  
Early to emerge in spring.  Originally known as 'fluctuans Variegated.'
